Contact us
For help with the app, account issues, or privacy requests, email sobersend@gmail.com. We typically respond within a few business days.
Please include:
- The email address tied to your Remember When account (if you have one)
- Your device (iPhone, iPad, or Android) and a short description of the problem
- Screenshots if something looks wrong on screen
Account & sign-in
Remember When is free. You can play as a guest, or create a free account to save scores, streaks, quiz history, and friends across devices.
Sign-in options
- Email and password — create an account in the app
- Google, Apple (where available), or Facebook — tap the button on the login screen
Forgot password (email accounts)
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your account email and submit
- Open the reset link in the email we send you
- Choose a new password in the app
If the email does not arrive, check spam/junk and try again. Contact us if you are still stuck.
Email verification
If you signed up with email, we may ask you to verify your address before full access. Open the link in the verification email, or use Resend on the pending screen in the app.
Trouble with social sign-in
- Make sure you are signed into Google, Apple, or Facebook on your device
- Try again on a stable internet connection
- If you previously used a different sign-in method with the same email, contact us — we can help merge or reset access
Delete your account
You can stop using the app at any time. To permanently delete your account and associated data:
- Email sobersend@gmail.com from the same email address linked to your Remember When account
- Use the subject line: Delete my Remember When account
- We will verify the request and delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time
What is deleted: account profile, scores, streaks, quiz history, friend connections tied to your account, and push notification tokens.
What may be retained briefly: backups or logs kept for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then removed per our Privacy Policy.
If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook only and are unsure which email is on file, tell us in your message and we will help locate your account.
Notifications
You can control notifications in Settings in the app and in your device’s system settings for Remember When.
- Daily reminder — local notification on your device
- Push alerts — friend activity, nudges, streak reminders (only if you allow notifications)
We do not send unrelated marketing push messages.
